Through the "Goal Quest" digital prototype, this research case study investigates the impact of social elements on user engagement and behavior within progress tracking applications. In today's era, dominated by social connectivity and interactions, integrating social features into mobile applications has become a prominent trend. These social elements add a new dimension to the user interface by enabling users to connect with peers, share achievements, and collaborate on common goals. Understanding how these social components affect user behavior and engagement is essential for optimizing application design and enhancing user experience.
