My work is constantly influenced by Color, History,Textile Manipulation and Printmaking Techniques.
Through historical research of my family lineage of Sewist's and Laundresses I came across Late 1800's Washer Women. This morphed into research around the work of Washer Women AKA Laundresses. There were images that were so striking and authentic that It led me to these creations.
