London based designer-maker who mainly produces porcelain jewellery, artwork, and ceramic gadgets.
Chuly Lee was born in Seoul, Korea, works and lives in London. Majoring in Ceramics at a leading design college in Korea, he started his ceramics world from 2003 with a curious thought of what artistic value is. With such questions he moved to London and studied design at Goldsmiths. Since then he has continuously researched on uncontrollability of forms in natural objects and papers.

The chief influence of this project is the revitalisation of something people do not pay attention. This is a serious of porcelain jewellery highlighting uncontrollability and plasticity of ceramics that can shape in an infinite number of unique forms by burning off the natural medium like real plants, such as dried sprigs, dead wildflowers, verbenas, and raspberries collected from provinces in England, after spraying clay on them.
