Currently, lots of asthmatics and their families cannot find the needed essential information from medical system, and GPs sometimes provide different information to people which can be confusing. Therefore, we created a service E.A.S.E that provides all non-severe asthmatics and their families with unified essential information and immediate support through various mediums when people first diagnosed to be better prepared for coping with any asthma-related situation. We intend to encourage government to build and develop this service for non-severe asthmatics and their families. Then, pass our asthma kit to GP/asthma nurse and provide this service to all newly diagnosed non-severe asthmatics, so people can be prepared before the next asthma attack happens. Our service can reduce asthma mortality rate and help the medical system reduce pressure on emergency services, as asthmatics become more confident dealing with asthma emergency by themselves. For the asthmatic family, the benefit they can receive is understanding more about asthma knowledge and how they could support their loved ones.
