The Big Idea
At Lululemon, we design for real life — and real life is rarely lived in one place. We’re inviting you to show your designs that move with someone through their whole day: from sweat, to work, to social time. Winners will be considered for our full-time open Design Assistant roles based in Vancouver (relocation provided for those eligible) and $500 Lululemon gift cards.
Your Challenge
Design 2–3 complete looks for someone who:
- Starts the morning with a workout
- Heads to a coffee shop to work or study
- Meets friends after to unwind
We’re looking for pieces that look good, perform well, and make those transitions effortless.
What to Submit
- 2–3 complete looks (sketches or digital renderings)
- Fabric + color story + inspiration
- Optional: Notes on technical features, construction, or any unique details
Who You’re Designing For
Your designs should reflect the needs of a young professional who values wellness, productivity, and community. This person is stylish, mindful, and constantly on the go.
How Entries Will Be Judged
We’ll be looking for:
- Creativity and originality
- Alignment with the Lululemon brand
- Wearability and commercial appeal
- Clear presentation of ideas
- Thoughtful use of materials, processes, or design approaches that minimize environmental impact
Submission Requirements
Open to anyone globally over the age of 18 years who is currently studying or has graduated from higher education within the last year (2025 and 2024 graduates).
