About
I'm Hannah, a Fashion and Textile Design Graduate from the University of Portsmouth. I am a designer who is determined to challenge the fashion industry, particularly on the lack of inclusivity and diversity of models. Being inspired by London Represents whilst on my placement year, I created an activist collection that acts as a voice for the often forgotten disabled community; raising awareness of ableism (discrimination against disabled people), whilst also highlighting the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the fashion industry.
Activist Graphics is a project that combines feminist slogans and graphics, with the re-use of otherwise discarded materials. Using digital pattern cutting skills, I designed and made a bomber jacket with discarded cement bags.
