About
Aurelia is a Singaporean fashion design graduate with a passion for tactile techniques like crochet and embroidery. Being a fashion design major, she translates her love for craft into wearable, whimsical garments that are focused on communicating the human touch that goes into garment-making. Throughout her studies, Aurelia has been featured by Vogue Singapore and Harper's Bazaar Singapore, and has had her work exhibited at prestigious events like the Earthshot Prize and Singapore Design Week. She is a Singapore Fashion Council Scholar and is committed to making her mark on the local fashion scene.
Inspired by the resilience of my mother and grandmother, this capsule collection confronts the overlooked issue of ageism faced by women. Through fluid silhouettes crafted entirely from denim—a material symbolic of durability and reinvention—the collection reimagines everyday wear as a space for empowerment and inclusivity. Each piece is designed to honor the beauty of aging, blending comfort and sophistication to celebrate women at every stage of life, and to challenge the fashion industry's narrow standards of youth and relevance.
