“FORMS” is an interactive empathy experience that invites participants to be immersed in a world where ocular patients communicate “What they see” and “How they feel” through systemised innovative visual adjectives. A visual communication project specializing in storytelling and immersive communication design. This is an enclosed, circulative system composed of three interconnected realms: “To Create”, “To See”, and “To Feel” An ongoing visual stories collection that fosters deeper understanding and connection across communities, aiming to enhance more understanding of ocular patients' vision with innovative visual adjectives (Dot, Lines, Shapes) within this interactive and multisensory experience design. "To Create": An art-driven co-creative workshop collects unique personal and emotional visual expressions from ocular patients through Dot, Line, Shape, expressing what they see and how they feel with their ocular problems. An exercise that anable to interact, contribute and enhance understanding. "To See": An app design to create handy AR immersive experience. Through a personalised empathy simulator to foster empathy and understanding among families by immersing them in a patient’s customised visual story. It translates medical abstractions into the patient's shared experience. "To Feel": A physical interactive immersive experience designed for an exhibition room, a public-facing service that educates, challenged and connects in order to raise awareness and enhance empathy through diving into other patients’ visual world. “FORMS is a living experience system, with the potential to scale across healthcare, education, and public empathy initiatives. It can be expanded into inclusive education tools, patient-centered care environments, or multi-generational empathy-building programs.
