Letizia Le Rose is a fashion designer whose practice sits at the intersection of styling, marketing, and conceptual design. Influenced by contemporary fashion trends and her Italian heritage, she explores fashion imagery, body aesthetics, and editorial storytelling as tools for communication. Whilst studying Fashion Design at Regent’s University London, her work has been driven by an interest in how fashion shapes identity and expression. She approaches design as a meeting point between contrasting ideas, as she develops designs that balance opposing themes through strong visual narratives. Her practice centres on fashion as a form of storytelling, where clothing, body language, and image construction become vehicles for cultural expression. With a particular interest in designers who use fashion as their primary language, she is recognised for her ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling creative outcomes.
Geometry in Bloom is a collection that evolves from the Fibonacci spiral, a natural sequence that I translate into sculptural fashion. This entire process began from scratch, inspired by the repeating patterns in petals and flowers. Denim became a key material for two reasons: first, because it is sustainable, aligning with my commitment to mindful design, and second, because it provides structure, ensuring the dress holds its form and doesn’t fall apart as it moves with the body. The skirt blossoms from layered petals, each one tracing the sequence of growth in nature. Beneath, a corseted structure supports the entire silhouette, while the bra cups echo delicate petals. Every detail, from the initial concept to the final form, is a reflection of geometry, growth, and a sustainable future.
