About

With a background in Product and Furniture design and currently studying Theatre and Performance design, my creative practice blends craftsmanship with playfulness, shaping various materials into approachable forms that invite hands-on exploration. I am adept of cute, colourful creations with simple shapes that entice good-natured whimsy, hence multiple children’s toy projects, as well as projects intended for the neurodivergent community. In the near future, I am aiming to work in the branch of prop and production design for film and theatre.

Imagiblocks - The tiny troupe

Open-ended, creative toys play a vital role in early childhood development. They build imagination, problem-solving skills, and attention span through hands-on exploration. As children play, they invent and reinvent, and develop crucial motor and cognitive skills. In a world of fast-paced digital play, tactile and story-driven toys offer a much needed space for slow, mindful creativity. ImagiBlocks: The Tiny Troupe is a building block type toy designed for children aged 3 and up. Handcrafted with care from sustainably sourced local wood, the storyline of the toy is based in a circus world, and every child is free to create any silly circus character they can imagine. They also have the choice to recreate a ready-made circus character, making way to a more puzzle-like approach, also extremely beneficial for their development.
