I often suffer from insomnia at night. I think a lot of people are the same as me these days, because sometimes my friends will talk to me at two or three a.m. I suffer from insomnia, not because I am not sleepy, and sometimes I am very sleepy. However, I still want to play with my phone and do some things, such as drawing, watching movies and reading novels, and even getting up to find something to eat. I think that my health will be bad if I continue in this way. So I watched some documentary films about insomnia, and wanted to try to change my bad habit. Through the research, I learn there are many ways to help me improve the situation: reasonable time planning, a healthy diet, regular exercise, and so on.
