About
Aspiring student currently studying Fashion Design BA Hons at University of Central Lancashire and working alongside as a Sales Assistant/Visual Merchandiser at New Look. Throughout my UCLan journey I have received a mixture of 1st and 2.1s in the various modules I have completed. I thoroughly enjoy aspects of the design process such as design development, garment construction and trend research.
I crocheted a total of 72 different squares to create this JW Anderson inspired cardigan. I drafted the individual patterns for the squares myself using images off the internet that I found of different people wearing the cardigan. I had to create two different sizes of patterns for the main bodice squares and the sleeve squares. Once all the squares were crocheted up, I then joined them together, crocheted a ribbed collar and cuffs then finished it off with a button band and complimentary buttons.
