I am a Berlin-based product designer with a deep passion for new and sustainable materials. My work is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of these materials and translating their potential into captivating design objects. With a strong commitment to sustainability, I strive to create designs that harmonize nature and innovation. My creative journey is fueled by a curiosity for material exploration, and I am driven to craft objects that reflect a harmonious blend of form, function, and environmentally-conscious principles.
LINK THE SYSTEM deals with geopolymers made from broken bricks as an alternative building material since this group of materials produces only about 1/4 of the CO2 emissions compared to cement, and at the same time can be made from industrial waste materials. Through a series of experiments, the building material evolved and was applied in a design of modular interlocking building blocks, which was extended by inserted panels in this model. This project intends to show potential opportunities to develop more sustainable designs of products and materials.
