About
Aspiring student currently studying Fashion Design BA Hons at University of Central Lancashire and working alongside as a Sales Assistant/Visual Merchandiser at New Look. Throughout my UCLan journey I have received a mixture of 1st and 2.1s in the various modules I have completed. I thoroughly enjoy aspects of the design process such as design development, garment construction and trend research.
For one of my 2nd year final piece submissions, I created a complete lined and tailored jacket inspired by the fashion house of Dries Van Noten. For the outer of the jacket, I screen printed a Pisces motif in a vibrant blue paint, embroidered the same motif but in a contrasting orange thread. I added patch pockets and crochet cuffs. I created a entire crocheted lining and embroidered name label to complete the jacket.
