My Visual merchandising work I have done at Oliver Bonas as a In-store VM. My daily responsibilities include planning and executing a range of visual merchandising tasks whilst assisting customers. This involves creatively and efficiently merchandise new products, styling mannequins, designing window displays, and managing floor layouts - all while keeping top-selling items in mind. I also ensure the shop floor maintains in a cohesive, visually appealing colour story with conscientious product placement. To accomplish this, I will sometimes delegate tasks to other team members to guarantee everything is completed correctly and efficiently. Throughout, I prioritise showcasing our brand's customer values and deliver a positive, joyful shopping experience.
