Fashion Design Portfolios: Child’s Play SS22 Ugly Sweater Contest AW22 Daredevil in Denim SS22

'Child's Play' is a SS22 womenswear collection, ultimately inspired by the desire to revisit childhood. Personal memories from the early '00's have been explored, with fancy dress and primary school being prominent aspects. This collection showcases how typically cheap and disposable school uniform fabrics can be transformed into something fun and wearable.

‘Ugly Sweater Contest’ (the after party)' is an AW22 womenswear collection, ultimately inspired by 90s elements, such as bridesmaids dresses, home furnishings, and football shirts. This collection takes 'ugly elements', such as OTT sweaters and clashing florals, and transforms them into 'after party' ready looks, suitable for girls who love to stand out!

'Daredevil in Denim' is a SS22 womenswear collection created in collaboration with H&M. The most prominent factor is the use of second-hand jeans, patched together to create each look. Red carpet gowns inspire silhouette, alongside the 'two sides' of Billie Eilish seen in the media (t-shirts cinched in by corset tops). 'Daredevil' references the influence extreme sports have on this collection, inspiring details, such as embroidery inspired by the views, and harness detailing. Fire motifs are used as a reference to the 'devil' in 'daredevil'.

A SS19 collection inspired by overly feminine 80’s prom wear vs conventionally masculine utility features. Uniquely printed fabrics also add a quirky and fun vibe to this 4 look line-up.
