About
Beth is an award-winning print designer, whose work celebrates the artisan craft of drawing and painting. Strong observational studies are illustrated in a variety of media, that exemplify Beth’s detailed yet decorative handwriting. Handcraftsmanship is established into opulent artworks through her capability of digital techniques.
As a designer her influences derive from her passionate attempt to evoke the beauty and wonders of our natural world. Constantly inspired by nature, she is particularly moved by the changing light in nature through the seasons and daily variation. Using the landscapes around her, such as the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales, as inspiration for much of her drawing.
She takes great joy in capturing a plethora of imaginative flora, fauna and creatures, and embraces an element of the otherworldly and fantastical amongst these ecosystems.From intricate repeats to dramatic murals, Beth transports her viewers into immersive dreamlike realms.

This luxurious collection of wallcoverings and furnishing designs offers an escape from the everyday, immersing you in nature's embrace and revealing the beauty of fantastical flora and mystical creatures within a vibrant paradise. 'Dusk till Dawn' invites you to step into a world where artistry meets enchantment, and night gently fades into day. At twilight, the jungle awakens - wild, abundant, and busting with life, while dawn brings the quiet promise of hope, renewal, and new beginnings. Intricate fineliner and pencil drawings explore the various marks, textures, and shapes of this imagined landscape. These detailed illustrations are digitally painted in sumptuous jewel tones, with radiant bursts of colour, luxurious golds, dazzling oranges, deep plums, glowing teals and lush greens, creating a harmonious and vivid palette. Lustrous gold, silver, and coloured surface finishes and embellishments conjure the glow of bioluminescence and the shimmer of iridescence, weaving a final enchanting layer into the collection. Immersive murals and flowing repeats unfold across the finest papers and fabrics, exuding opulence and sophistication. These magical creations transform any commercial or domestic space into a into a realm of wonder.

My collection, titled Dusk Till Dawn, focuses on luxury wallcoverings and furnishing designs that offer an escape from the everyday, transporting the viewer into the beauty of an otherworldly jungle landscape filled with fantastical flora and mystical creatures. The work explores the dreamlike transition from dusk to dawn: at twilight, the jungle awakens in a wild, abundant burst of life, while morning brings a quiet promise of hope and new beginnings. Immersive murals and flowing repeats unfold across the finest papers, transforming any commercial or domestic setting into a realm of indulgence. Detailed fineliner and pencil drawings explore the marks, textures, and shapes of this abundant paradise. Intricately crafted imagery was digitally painted and bathed in sumptuous jewel tones. Glowing bursts of colour strike a harmonious balance, exuding the radiance and vibrancy of luxurious golds, dazzling oranges, rich plums, deep teals, and glorious greens - creating a vivid, almost rainbow-like spectrum. The exquisite shimmer and glisten of gold, silver, and coloured surface finishes and embellishments adds a magical layer, bringing variation of light, such as biolumienscent and irridescent qualities a sense of enchantment to the work.
