Hi, my name is Elisa, I’m 24 and from Sardinia. I recently graduated in Graphic Design from the Limerick School of Art and Design. I’m passionate about animation, typography, and editorial design, and I enjoy creating work that encourages inclusivity, embraces different perspectives, or promotes positive change. For me, design isn’t just about how things look, it’s about experimenting, connecting with people, and making others feel seen.
Silent Stories is a three-part kinetic typography animation series about the quiet power of silence in non-verbal communication. Focusing on relationships, it looks at silence not as emptiness, but as a meaningful way to connect. Each chapter explores a different side of silence: emotional bonding, embodied dialogue, and reflective clarity; showing how it can create empathy and understanding. Inspired by research in communication and semiotics, the series shows how gestures and body language work with silence to express complex emotions.

Global Creative Graduate Showcase 2025
This publication explores the unseen world of vibration, from the waggle dance of honeybees to sound visualization. Using a custom-built tonoscope, I captured how materials like rice and salt react to high-frequency music, inspiring a series of three animations that translate sound into typography, rhythm, and form. Blending science, design, and storytelling, the project also explores how Deaf individuals experience sound through vibration, inspired by percussionist Evelyn Glennie, who listens with her whole body. The long, rectangular book reflects a sound wave, inviting curiosity and promoting inclusion, sensory diversity, and new ways of experiencing communication.
