I am a textile artist specialising in hand embroidery. At the heart of my work lies sustainable practice as I use as many sustainable, natural and recycled materials within my work where possible.
Warwickshire Tales
Elizabeth’s Warwickshire Tales is a bespoke collection of hand embroidered interior pieces, celebrating the folklore and stories of her home county. A chair, footstool and rug are showcase pieces, all stitched with cream sustainable threads and fibres with a heavy focus on texture. Driven by materials and process, this project was a creative endeavour, which combines embroidery with weaving and knotting.
