Fashion design and marketing graduate specialising in screen printing.
Dohte is an eccentric womenswear brand inspired by the distortion of the female body caused by society's ever-changing expectations of how a woman should look, dress and act. The Dohte 'sense' collection takes inspiration from the 'five senses technique', used to combat anxiety by helping you focus on what you can see, feel, smell, taste and hear rather than the chaos in your head. In this collection I experimented with different ways to reach the senses through my designs including, adding texture to fabric using different screen printing techniques, experimenting with adding scents to ink and creating interesting sculptural silhouettes.
