My name is Kirin, and I’m a MArch graduate from the University of the West of England. My passion for the built environment is rooted in a deep appreciation for people and culture. I’m particularly inspired by the role architecture plays in developing more connected, inclusive urban communities. Through a feminist and environmental lens, I aim to design buildings that respond sensitively to both their cultural context and the surrounding landscape. My creative process embraces a mixed-media approach, combining sketching, modelling, and collaging to produce an expressive visual language.

To preserve Darjeeling's delicate ecosystem, this permaculture tea house utilizes vernacular technologies and sustainable construction techniques to celebrate the local environment and produce a fine tea for the Darjeeling community. Workrooms allow local farmers to develop skills and share sustainable practices together.
