Hi! My name is Lillian N. Yahid, I am an Illustrator with a passion to draw and paint anything and everything. My materials of choice are ink, colored pencil, acrylic, and digital software such as Clip Studio Paint and Procreate. My middle name is Nilgoune, I chose to utilize it as my artist’s name as. Way of honoring and accepting, my Persian heritage. The name translates as, dark blue, as in a blue that is as dark as a night time sky. Color is in my name, and It means everything to me when I work on my art. My dream is to someday be a successful graphic novelist! Currently I am in the process of planning, writing, and world building my upcoming web graphic novel entitled Amalgam. In the city of Smokeshire, there is a young boy with no name who wants a house. Tarnish (a nickname given by his peers) has finally turned 13 years of age and is leaving the orphanage where he grew up since he was a baby. It was never easy sharing a room with 15+ other kids. Now, as a teenager, he is excited to immediately start a job at his new workplace. Pros: Leaving Wallowside Orphanage behind, making money, and finally attaining his own living quarters…what could possibly go wrong? No matter what, he has the energy to do it all and will persevere through all that stands in his way.
