Heritage project with a mock brand book for my name brand. A collection dedicated to my incredible grandma, specifically when she ran her second hand shop. As well as mine and my grandads shared habit of keeping everything. The outcome was a multi silhouette vase inspired jacket made with deadstock boiled wool, second hand leather and hand made covered buttons in the leather. Alongside a high waisted trouser with pocket created with second hand velvet curtains and also fastening with matching hand covered buttons. I also repurposed a lampshade frame to mock up the structured 'lamp belt' in the collection.
Final outcome- subtraction cut pinstripe dress, slime effect textile skirt developed by me and tubular vein bolero <3
