Noam, 26 years old from Israel.
For hundreds of years, the male gaze has performed a constant objectification of the female body, it has been prevalent in literature, cinema, and the visual arts throughout history. Objectifying depicts the female body and personality as an object for men to view and own. My collection examines the possibility of reversing the gaze; dressing the male body from the female point of view and imagining what men would look like if the social norm was to objectify the male body.

Global Design Graduate Show 2023
Theme of the course: tribes. Inspired by the Ainu tribe of Japan. materials: Denim fabric dyed with natural colours by hand, designed to give an earthly feeling to the fabric.
Inspired by the witches from Macbeth. Materials: natural raw fabric dyed by hand especially to fit the dark vibe and feeling, yet still making it very fashionable. Made with fabric slashing technique.
Inspired by marine biologist sylvia earle in collaboration with NIKE. I was inspired to make a recycled piece from nike tights, to promote the message of loving the sea and keeping it clean.
