Tina Yuan is a multidisciplinary designer and certified personal trainer who, through her work with women, discovered that conventional workout models often overlook the unique needs of the female body. In response, she designs cycle-aware training systems, breathing programs, and functional movement strategies grounded in female-focused anatomy, sports science, and functional training principles.
Her approach goes beyond generic routines. She teaches women to understand the “why” behind each movement, translating complex physiological knowledge into intuitive, practical guidance rooted in everyday actions like breathing, pushing, pulling, sitting, and walking.
By empowering women to assess their own bodies, make informed choices, and direct their training sustainably, she helps them prevent injuries, train with confidence, and cultivate a long-term, self-directed relationship with their bodies.
MusGirlar is a platform that helps women take back ownership of their bodies through science and awareness. Developed with a team of sports science experts, it filters and translates complex knowledge of hormones, muscles, and energy cycles into a female body-based, visualized, systematic, and reliable knowledge system. Instead of chasing body ideals, MusGirlar promotes body neutrality — redefining “feminine” as healthy, strong, and sporty. By empowering women to understand their physiology and engage in functional, fearless movement, MusGirlar envisions a future where women train with knowledge, confidence, and freedom.
