About
Hey everyone,
I am a Belgium jewellery designer that is exploring the possibilities in jewellery through different materials even materials that are not that common, by doing this I learn to have new insights in what is possible and how to develop my own style/language in jewellery.
Exndo comprises a unique collection of wearable jewellery. This collection explores the symbiosis between the exo- and endoskeleton, with a focus on the protective properties of the armour and skin in molluscs and mammals. The aim is to visualise protection in an artistic way, contrasting the rigid nature of the armour with the flexibility of the skin. Rigidity and flexibility are the essence of this project. Using various materials such as metal, leather and skin, a repetitive repetition of form and material is sought, thus creating a balance between flexibility and rigidity in the jewellery designs.

Global Creative Graduate Showcase 2024
Inspired by materials of her surroundings, Tyana explores how a personal story can be communicated through a piece of jewelry with hair as the common thread. An attempt to make an interaction with doing, watching and reflecting in order to take new steps within the process each time, resulting in the transformations of the oyster that then evolves into a hair ornament.
