Surprisingly, the common knot, familiar to everyone, is also a mathematical concept and a subject of study in knot theory. Knot theory has practical implications in areas such as molecular chemistry and biochemistry; for instance, the structure of DNA in some bacteria resembles a knot. In this series of works, I explore the nature of prime knots, interpreting them as abstract stereotomic and biomorphic forms placed within a metaphysical dimension, thus reconnecting them to Plato's realm of ideas. The visual aspect of a knot inherently evokes concepts of connection, entanglement, tension, closeness, and separation, which can serve as metaphors for human relationships and societal dynamics.
