SINCE DAY ONE OF THE LEVI'S®STORY IN 1873 wearing denim was about making it your own, whether that meant repairing the stresses of mining in the gold rush, sitting in the bath for the true shrink-to-fit experience or customising them for personal style. This year’s contest is about customization. The ultimate collaboration is with each individual – the collaboration of one-of-one. Fashion is self expression. And throughout our history, Levi’s have been naturally adopted as canvases of self expression. After styling, customization is the next step in self expression. Many of our collaborations have been based on customization : OFF-WHITE, Vetements, Junya Watanabe, KITH etc and we offer customization at the Tailorshops in Levi’s stores and the ultimate bespoke experience with Levi’s Lot#1 So we’d like you to design some customised Levi’s and imagine how the future of customization could be.
