A wider range of beauty, diversity and inclusion. This story should incorporate the following key drivers/themes - 1. EMPOWERMENT 2. DIVERSITY 3.GLOBAL 4. Being a company that is a FORCE FOR GOOD Highlight the contributions of MARY KAY’s extensive global sales force in over 35 countries from Argentina to Armenia, Maylasia to Mexico and China to Canada. Demonstrate how the brand story could be shared and adapted by the millions of MARY KAY representatives worldwide so there is a common core as well as staying loyal to the brand identity. The MARY KAY Global Design Studio is excited to see your creativity, strategic vision, style and professionalism as a creative thinker and designer. We will be looking for fresh new ideas, unexpected solutions in addition to how you approach the assignment, generate your ideas and execute a brand story.
