Specialising in fashion fabrics, my practice utilises mixed media to create outcomes for a range of contexts. I particularly focus on using embroidery and embellishment techniques in my designs.
A night at Gatsby
This project was based around the Great Gatsby- film and book- as well as the typical visuals seen within a Casino. Using a range of embroidery, embellishment and print methods, I researched and explored different attributes of this theme to create a collection based around visuals seen throughout the sub-themes of the project. Beading was a particularly important attribute of this project.
