Aveo is a smart wellness companion designed to support people experiencing stress or chronic health conditions on their journey from bewilderment, helplessness, and pain to clarity, empowerment, and relief. By bridging ancient practices—such as meditation, breathwork, and therapeutic journalling—with advanced technologies like light and sound therapy, Aveo activates the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation across physical, mental, and emotional levels, offering an all-in-one toolkit to explore what truly works. Through bio- and brainwave sensing technologies and AI-powered guidance, Aveo helps users identify and treat the roots of their personal health challenges, and in developing healthy habits for lasting well–being.
