By bridging ancient practices—such as meditation, breathwork, and therapeutic journalling—with advanced technologies like light and sound therapy, Aveo activates the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation across physical, mental, and emotional levels, offering an all-in-one toolkit to explore what truly works. Through bio- and brainwave sensing technologies and AI-powered guidance, Aveo helps users identify and treat the roots of their personal health challenges, and in developing healthy habits for lasting well–being.
