About
I'm Connie Slater, a multi-disciplinary designer with a love for all things creative. I specialise in graphic design, experience design, and UX, but I’m always curious and never tied to just one medium. Whether I’m prototyping, storyboarding, branding, or user testing, I love digging into the why behind a design. I’m all about bold ideas, playful execution, and making things that not only work, but spark a bit of joy. Outside of the studio, I’m endlessly fascinated by advertising and marketing, and how design connects people to stories.
This project is a playful yet purposeful collaboration between the Scouts and Brothers Make, designed to educate and inspire the next generation of changemakers. At its heart is a sustainably made woggle and badge, earned—not collected—through an engaging activity that teaches Scouts about recycling and circular design. It’s hands-on, local, and all about creating long-lasting impact. Supported by bold branding and fun, informative content, the project aims to spark curiosity, celebrate action, and champion environmental responsibility. It brings together big values and small plastic parts, showing how design can empower young people to shape a more conscious, circular future
