I’m Aydan Valiyeva, a third-year Fashion Design student at Regent's University London. Caged Elegance draws inspiration from the opulence and structural innovation of the1850s to 1860s, particularly focusing on the era’s iconic crinolines. Beyond fashion, the 1860s were a pivotal period in Victorian architecture , a transitional decade that blended historical revival styles with groundbreaking advancements in construction technologies.
