About

I graduated in Product Design BA and MA from the University of Arts in Poznań. My interests focus on user-centered design, ergonomics, responsibility and circularity. Through sketches, mockups and prototypes, I conduct a design process that meets the needs of the modern user.In my free time I practice various sports and I am a mountain hiking enthusiast. An active lifestyle translates into projects and unusual design thinking.

Harmony – Regular Self-Monitoring of the Hormonal Cycle as a Form of Preventive Care for Women’s Health.

The inspiration for this topic was the observation of women tracking their menstrual cycles and hormonal health. The ability to monitor physiological signals allows women to understand their bodies and proactively care for their overall well-being. However, the solutions available on the market are often too clinical in their expression, which creates a barrier in this intimate routine and does not guarantee emotional comfort. Calm and intuitive monitoring of personal health biomarkers is possible thanks to the use of appropriate materials, technologies and forms. After analyzing the design problem, I created a complementary self-observation system. The combination of a smart wake-up lamp, a thermometer made of body-friendly medical silicone, and linen pajamas with an observational insert provides the user with a comprehensive solution. The aim of this project is to provide emotional comfort during morning routines and to encourage women to take up this preventive self-care, which has many health-promoting features, connects us with our natural biological rhythm and calms us down.
