I am currently taking the sculpture class at West Valley college. I like to explore different art techniques and expressions.
"Year of the Horse" celebrates the spirit, strength, and enduring spirit of the horse while honoring the Year of the Horse in the zodiac. This sculptural installation is composed of nearly 100 hand-sculpted horses, each originally modeled in oil-based clay, cast in Hydrostone from 10 handmade latex molds, and meticulously arranged to form a single monumental horse in motion. Measuring 6.5 feet wide by 4.5 feet tall, the work is installed at the Cilker School of Art & Design at West Valley College in Saratoga, California, expressing unity, energy, and the power of individuals coming together as one.
