About
Hello! I am a recent graduate from the Motion Design program at Ringling College of Art and Design. When I love animating and designing, especially in a 3D space. I love the thrill of lighting and texturing and seeing the space come to life.
Since I am a twin, growing up, my sister and I used to get asked some interesting questions about being a twin. I thought, why not turn that into a comedic piece that sort of makes light into the situation and at the same time try and teach people that twins, for example, can't feel each others pain. I wanted to tell a narrative yet keep the story and design simple, almost like an educational piece. The lighthearted, fun animation and VoiceOver was the tone I wanted to set for the entire piece, and it became one of my favorite animations I have created. I started out with a basic script, jotting down first the theories I wanted to talk about and then make it fit so its 2 people talking back and forth. Then I created an animatic to see what pacing works and what doesn't. When I putting the AI narration into the animatic, I got the flow as to what imagery works and doesn't, as well as what wording needs to be changed. After that, it was to add the special touches and expressive animation to tie it all together.
