About
I am a fashion designer who explores the themes of emotional psychology, subversive fashion and elegance. My work is a mixture of tailoring and intricate design, and it is an exploration of the relationship between form, texture and colour. I work primarily with lightweight fabrics, using their fine qualities to accentuate intricacy in my designs. I’m equally drawn to tailoring and its structured challenges. My goal is to create a sense of depth and complexity and to invite the viewer to look beneath the surface of my work to discover the emotional and psychological layers that are hidden there. My personal experiences inspire my designs. They're a reflection of my struggles, challenges and my ability to strip things down to their raw essence. Mostly, my work is an invitation to the viewer to reflect on their own personalities.
