Hi! My name is Lily, but you can call me L.
I am a multidisciplinary graphic designer/artist based in New York City. I graduated from The Cooper Union with a specialization in graphic design: more specifically visual identity, printed matter, and creative strategy. My work is heavily concept-drive, experimental, and precise, often manifesting as engaging and memorable experiences for my audience. Alongside design, I maintain a personal artistic practice spanning sculpture, photography and printmaking.

An exhibition identity celebrating the vibrant legacy of landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx. The goal was to create an identity that captured Marx’s distinctive style. His bold, organic forms— rooted in modernist sensibility— became the foundation to this identity: a balancing of the lyrical and the rational. By combining amorphous and geometric shapes, the identity feels expressive and spontaneous, yet remains deeply intentional. Pulling inspiration from native Brazilian flora, earth tones of clay and concrete, and the warm rhythms of Bossa Nova, the resulting identity is lush and full of joy—an authentic reflection of what Marx’s work represents.
