About

Fashion Design and Marketing student at Northumbria University, graduating in 2026. My work is shaped by a love of travel, with places, landscapes, and stories influencing my approach to sustainable fashion, surface embellishment, and textile innovation. I enjoy exploring materials and techniques in a hands-on, thoughtful way, creating pieces that feel both expressive and responsible.

Cuckoo is a sustainable fashion brand that blends Victorian-inspired silhouettes with contemporary design. Handmade in Sheffield, each piece celebrates craftsmanship through natural dyeing, embroidery, screen printing and thoughtful textile experimentation. Inspired by wild landscapes, folklore and gothic romanticism, Cuckoo creates garments that tell stories while encouraging slower, more conscious consumption. Designed for women who value individuality, artistry and sustainability, the brand offers timeless pieces that feel both nostalgic and modern. Through locally made, small-batch collections, Cuckoo aims to preserve traditional techniques while creating distinctive, wearable garments that stand apart from fast fashion and fleeting trends.

Dear Betty is a creative fashion and lifestyle brand inspired by timeless femininity, craftsmanship, and conscious design. Blending vintage influences with a modern perspective, Dear Betty creates thoughtfully designed pieces that celebrate individuality, storytelling, and self-expression. Each collection is rooted in quality, sustainability, and attention to detail, offering customers unique products with lasting value. Drawing inspiration from heritage aesthetics, nature, and contemporary culture, the brand aims to create meaningful connections through design. Dear Betty is for those who appreciate beauty, authenticity, and creativity, providing distinctive pieces that feel both nostalgic and refreshingly modern while encouraging a more mindful approach to fashion.

Penguin book illustration cover

A Wrinkle in Time – Penguin Books Cover Design Competition This cover illustration was created using a combination of traditional and digital mixed-media techniques. Hand-rendered elements were produced through stencilling, watercolour painting, acrylic paint, and oil-based media to create rich textures and atmospheric effects inspired by the themes of A Wrinkle in Time. These physical artworks were then scanned and digitally refined in Adobe Photoshop, where layers, colour adjustments, and composition were developed to create the final cover design. The combination of tactile handmade processes and digital editing allowed for a visually dynamic outcome that reflects the novel’s sense of wonder, mystery, and adventure.

For the Intervals project, I reimagined lululemon’s core hero pieces to create an adaptive, transformative wardrobe designed for the busy Notting Hill mum. At the heart of the collection is a reversible jacket made from Repreve fabric, featuring adjustable bungee cords, modular construction and detachable pockets to support movement across daily moments. The collection is inspired by the in-between spaces of motherhood and translated through a soft cherry blossom print unique to the brand. To bring the concept to market, the collection is launched through a Spring Equinox coffee crawl, collaborating with local Notting Hill favourites and blending pilates, walking and brunch into a community-led brand experience.

My illustration practice is rooted in storytelling, observation and a love of capturing memories. Working primarily with watercolour, pen and ink, I create hand-rendered artwork inspired by nature, travel, folklore and everyday moments. I enjoy developing ideas from sketchbook exploration through to final illustrations, surface patterns and publications, often combining traditional and digital techniques. Across my work, I am particularly interested in creating visual worlds that feel nostalgic, playful and full of character. Whether designing for print, publishing or textiles, I aim to create artwork that invites curiosity, connection and a sense of storytelling.
