Imaginative and passionate Textiles and Surface Design graduate skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Procreate and hand rendered drawing/painting. Aiming to revive styles of vintage patterns and explosions of colour in the industry.
“Coquette Memphis” is a contemporary and avant-garde concept in which it combines an internet aesthetic and an artist movement from the 1980's into one maximalist design collection for a design-led market – Coquette and Memphis. Coquette-core's characteristics are seen as highly feminine, nostalgia and romance led compared to Memphis design, in which its colour palette, graphics and patterns intentionally clash in a playful yet chaotic way. In this surface design collection, contrast and bold colours allow for each painterly and non-pictorial motif to align with another, making it seem whimsical yet decorative.

Global Creative Graduate Showcase 2026
Cottage-core theme – based on the WGSN trend for kids wear S/S 25. Inspired by bright colours, kitchen cutlery, plants and plaid motifs to emulate the characteristics of simple designs with the use of floral design and Cath Kidston’s prints. Patterns are created with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Surrealistic theme – based on trend in View magazine Autumn/Winter 25/26. Inspired by the works of Jeff Koons and themes of animals, bold colour combinations and surrealist themes to create a contemporary design in Interiors in both hand-rendered design and digital design.
Floral theme based around the WGSN trend "Playful Paradox". Inspired by the works of Cath Kidston and vintage themes to create pattern designs that are suited to be used in fashion.
