We’re going to spend 80,000 hours at work in our lifetime. That's a lot of time. How beneficial would it be to spend this time actually enjoying what we do? The world of work is changing, these days job roles are less defined, and changing careers multiple times in life is becoming more and more common. Every day new job opportunities emerge. This may be seen as a positive thing, but for many of us it leads to insecurity, fear, and stress. How might we embrace this uncertainty and extend the way we think about work? ZENITH Zenith can be defined as a digital version of a career coach, but it’s also a tool for personal development. It takes you on a never-ending journey of learning about yourself, understanding the directions you want to take, discovering new possibilities, and trying them. It’s not about reaching an end goal, such as finding a job, but more about remaining open to the idea that there’s always something you can do to improve the way you work, and shaping work around who you are. Zenith is a companion for your working life, it encourages you to try things, to balance your work and your life, and to think differently about yourself, avoiding limited thinking and self-censorship. It is a highly personalised service, which supports you in moments of uncertainty, but also constantly and softly challenges you to live a life you can really enjoy.
